Happy Pancake day x

After having 3 pancakes I think I'm full up!
I had sugar and lemon because I prefer to eat nutella with a spoon...

My very own, rosemary chicken and wild mushroom risotto

Today for lunch I made myself a very easy rosemary infused chicken and wild mushroom risotto with asparagus.
It was delightful, I copied it from Zizzi but I can work out what was better!

Baffins takeaway please,

My favourite place for a curry is baffins takeaway, Tangiers road, Portsmouth
They own a couple of restaurants in Portsmouth but this is great for a sit at home curry.
I usually have chicken biryani, with tikka masala sauce sweet and saag aloo.
It's not too spicy and lovely for a Saturday night in!

Well well well Jamie Oliver, your Sunday chicken is absolutely lovely! I had all the veg, but the crunchy broccoli was the best. I've visited Jamie's restaurants before and had the prawn chilli linguine, but I'm sorry Jamie it doesn't beat Zizzi linguine gamberi, but everything else is lovely.
P.s the oil you coat your bread basket in is Devine

YO SUSHI

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore sushi and visiting this place, I still go there after my awful incident!
I was eating my food and ordered some very yummy prawn tempura, the restaurant was not busy and there were plenty of chefs, the waitress then brought over my food as I went to put it into my mouth I realised there was a fly fried into my tempura, the woman apologised and gave me another dish I wanted (hairy prawns) which is not as nice as tempura, I still go to the same YO SUSHI now and again but never stop thinking about that time!
In my opinion this is a snack bar or a lunch outing don't go there for a date!

Heaven for vegetarians!

I've just had these little balls of magic on my dinner this evening. They have a lovely taste of ginger, I had them with a dip of soy sauce and a little bit of ketchup, whatever you prefer.. I got them from asda in the meat free section, I hope you love them too! xox

Strawberry cheesecake

I always make a Strawberry cheesecake when I feel like some sweet food, all you need is 1 packet of hob nobs, Philadelphia plain cheese, double cream, lemon, icing sugar & strawberries!! When I make another I will show step to step instructions to help you make it!
